Coffee brings people together, and we are the behind-the-scenes support that helps those moments happen. We focus on preventative maintenance for independent cafes, restaurants, offices, and home baristas, so you can focus on what matters most: making great coffee and connecting with people.
We offer flexible support for coffee equipment at every level—from home setups to commercial environments.
Routine maintenance keeps your equipment consistent, efficient, and long-lasting. Scheduled service reduces unexpected downtime, improves drink quality, and saves money in the long run.
When something breaks mid-rush, you need help fast. We offer responsive emergency service to get your equipment back online as quickly as possible.
Water quality is everything in coffee. We design, install, and maintain water treatment solutions that both protect your equipment and improve taste.
New machine? Grinder upgrade? Full café build-out? We handle professional installation, setup, and calibration so everything works exactly as it should from day one.
Electrical issues, temperature instability, pressure problems, strange noises—if it’s acting weird, give us a call, send us a text.
Hands-on training for baristas, staff, or home users. Learn proper operation, basic troubleshooting, and daily care to keep equipment healthy.
Planning a café, upgrading equipment, or troubleshooting recurring issues? We’re here to help you make smart, cost-effective decisions—from designing bar flow to choosing the right equipment for your needs.
Before working full-time in coffee equipment, I spent over a decade in professional recording studios installing and maintaining analog consoles and outboard gear (and occasionally making some good music, too). That background gave me a strong electrical foundation, a deep attention to detail, and a respect for incredibly intricate systems that must perform reliably day after day.
I’m naturally relational, curious, and hands-on. I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, explaining what I’m doing and why, and helping people feel confident about their equipment—never intimidated by it.
And no, I don’t do this alone. Based out of Beacon, NY, this is very much a family business. My incredible wife, Tiffany—our Client Services Manager—and our daughter, Georgie, are a huge part of what makes this work possible. They keep me grounded, motivated, and joyful! You may even see them around from time to time stopping by cafés, saying hello, and checking out new roasts.
I am a member of the Coffee Technicians Guild and hold a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certification in Diagnosis & Repair Analysis (Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics), as well as Water & Preventive Maintenance.
